构建社会主义和谐社会,必须建设和谐的政治文化。在现代化进程中,政治文化体现了对现实的变革性、对传统的创新性、精英与民众的不协调性和发展的内源性。因此,必须在中心政治价值与亚文化共生,传统政治文化的创新和保持理性追求与文化理想之间的张力中,实现政治文化发展与社会主义和谐社会建构的统一。

The construction of the harmonious political culture is essential in building a harmonious socialist society. During the course of modernization, the political culture has showed itself in the respect of transformation, creativeness, as well as the incoordination between the elite and the grassroots and the development nature. Consequently, in order to realize the unity of developing the political culture and building a harmonious socialist society, we should ensure the coexistence of the main political value and sub-cultures, the creativeness of traditional political culture, while eliminating subjects and populist ideas and maintaining the tension between the rational pursuit and cultural ideals.
