So it is necessary to perfect peasants＇ political participant mechanism, strengthen grass-root cadre teams, optimize rural educational construction, develop the approaches of advancing rural economy, guide peasants to participate in politics healthily and orderly, and to arouse their enthusiasm of political participation.
