首先分析了IMS作为固定和移动业务网络融合平台的优势;然后介绍了IMS的业务生成环境和特点,提出了IMS全业务网络融合架构,最后给出了多媒体视频通信应用方案和实施策略.

The advantages of IMS acting as platform of fixed and mobile service network convergence of IMS are analyzed firstly; and then the service creation environment and characteristics of IMS are described; the architecture of IMS-based service network convergence is proposed. Finally, the appliation example for multimedia video communication is given.
