摘要
目的了解医院2006年各临床科室医疗工作综合质量情况,为医院管理工作提供有意义的参考。方法运用加权TOPSIS法(逼近理想解排序法),从工作量、治疗质量、诊断质量、效率质量、经济效益等方面,对我院16个临床科室2006年的工作进行综合评价和分析。结果评价结果与本院实际情况相符,在16个科室当中儿科最好,放疗科最差。结论TOPSIS法具有计算简便、结果合理、应用灵活的特点,运用于综合评价医疗质量有很好的科学性。
Objective To evaluate the medical administration and its quality of medical service with weighted TOPSIS to provide significant reference for the hospital. Methods Among 16 clinical departments in 2006, a comprehensive evaluation was made in such aspects： quality of efficiency, treatment, diagnosis and medical benefits. Results It was the best in pediatrics and the worst in radiotherapy, which showed the real situation of the hospital. Conclusion TOPSIS is really a calculated, flexibly-used and reasonable method in hospital evaluation.
