摘要
我院图书馆本科学历人员偏少、女性比例大、专业人才缺乏,在新形势下图书馆员应该具备良好的思想政治和职业道德修养、专业知识、外语知识、良好的沟通能力和计算机、网络等现代化技术,才能满足图书馆现代化建设发展和管理的需要。
The library in our college is lack of male staff, professional workers, and those with bachelordegree. Under new situation, the library employees should have the sound quality of advanced thought,pohtical virtue, professional knowledge, foreign language application, and good communicational ability. At the same time, they should still master other techniques and skills such as computer application, network research and so on. Only grasping above things, can they adapt to the modern construction and development and management of the library.
