The Foundation of a Harmonious Library basing on Advantages and Disadvantages of Electronic and Traditional Literature

电子文献与传统文献各有优劣,通过对比,提出图书馆应正确处理电子文献与传统文献的关系,避其所短,扬其所长,优化馆藏文献结构,更新办馆理念。同时要在新形势下,坚持以人为本,正确处理好读者与馆员之间的关系,搞好图书馆基础设施建设,提高现代化服务水平,为大众营造良好的和谐文化教育氛围,构建和谐图书馆。

By comparison of electronic literature and traditional literature, this article brings forward that we should dispose rightly the relationship between the two literatures, and develop their advantages when avoid disadvantages. We can found a harmonious library by the following ways： First/y, we should optimize the structure of literatures of the library, and update the concept of how to run a library. Secondly, we should persist in the concept of people oriented, and dispose righdy the relationship between readers and librarians. At the same time, we should also build basal establishments of a library well to improve the level of modern service, and build an atmosphere of harmonious culture for people.
