政治经济学视角下的土地制度与贫富分化

From the Political-Economic Perspectives:Land Institution and Poverty Polarization

土地制度作为我国农村基本制度的核心,其运行对农民的经济与社会生活产生直接影响,其中尤以土地征用的制度影响最为显著。文章在回顾我国土地改革历程以及土地征用历程的基础上,结合实地调研的数据进行实证分析,透过政治经济学的视角尝试性地对土地征用制度与城乡贫富分化之间的关系进行阐述,以揭示在土地征用过程中,土地利益分配的严重失衡是造成农村与城市地区贫富分化日益严重的直接原因。

Based on the fieldwork survey and the review of the land reform process in China, this paper presents an expla- nation on the relationship between land requisition institution and poverty polarization. The serious unbalance in the land benefit distribution process is the main cause of the poverty polarization between rural area and urban area.
