摘要
在现有的高压水射流粉碎技术的基础上,提出了一种新型的复合式水力粉碎装置,并探讨了其粉碎机理。通过试验方法研究了高压水射流功率、研磨介质的填充量和配比、冲击时间等对该装置粉碎能力的影响。结果表明,高压水射流功率对粉碎产品具有决定性影响;研磨介质的填充量和配比影响粉碎效果,研磨介质的填充量存在最佳值;冲击时间越长,粉碎粒度越细,但冲击时间过长则生产效率下降。
This paper proposed a new kind of compound water power comminuting device based on high-pressured water jet technology and made an analysis of its colnminuting mechanism. Also, the experiments had been carried out to study the effects of the high-pressured water jet power, the amount and composition of grinding medium and the impact time on the comminuting capability. It is proved via the results that high-pressured water jet power has the decisive effect on the comminution, and that the comminuting capability is affected by the amount and composition of grinding medium, and that there exists an optimal vah, e in the filling amount of comminuting medium, so that the longer the impacting time is, the finner the comminuting particle sizes are,but the longer impacting time:can cause a decrease in productivity.
