摘要
对QTH200渠道衬砌机机架受到的静载荷和动载荷进行分析,确定了最危险工况。对机架进行了受力分析并进行了合理简化,在此基础上建立了机架的有限元模型,并计算出了该机架在受自重载荷、同时承受工作载荷及自重载荷两种工况下的位移场和应力场分布。对结果进行了分析研究,对机架的设计方案提出了改进建议。
This paper first analyzes the static load and dynamic load of the frame of QTH200, determined the calculation of the most dangerous working conditions; then a force analysis of the frame and a reasonable simplification are made, on the basis of which, the finite element model of the frame is established, and also the distribution displacement field and stress field when the frame under the dead weight or under the work load and dead weight at the same time are calculated. The results are analyzed and the proposals for improvement of the frame design are advanced in this paper.
