摘要
城市水系是城市发展之源,当前我国水资源面临严峻形势.用博弈论的方法分析了环境保护与经济发展的博弈,地方政府为追求GDP,缺乏监管,则水污染是企业利润最大化过程的必然.在政府的干预下,才能实现经济与社会的双赢.
City river system is the source of urban development, but now our water resource has faced with severe situation. There analyzes the gambling environmental protection and economical development by means of game theory. Water pollution would be inevitable on the way to pursue the enterprise profit maximization if the local authorities lack of supervising and managing the production of enterprises for the purpose of local GDP. Only if under government＇s intervention, can we realize the economy and the society double wins.
