It is discussed in detail that there are three problems in the quality management of engineering construction. One is that the establishment of quality policy cannot satisfy the basic requirements of “one frame, two promises”; the other two are quality problem existing in the purchase and the poor quality of construction management staffs. Then, some measures are presented so as to solve the above problems.
