近几年来,我国房价一路飙升,过高的房价已经成为老百姓肩上沉重的负担,房地产市场的畸形发展也成为我国构建和谐社会的一个威胁。文章通过分析我国房地产市场有效需求和有效供给二者的现状和关系,探究了我国房价过高的原因,并以此提出了稳定房价的对策。

For a long time , the price of house in China has risen uninterruptedly. It is exorbitant and becomes heavy burden of common people. The abnormality development of real estate market has become menace of harmonious community. This article analysis effective demand and effective supply of real estate market of China, explores the reason of long price and puts forward some countermeasure to stabilize the house price.
