摘要
本文根据管理学的管理幅度理论及组织理论,通过对新建本科院校办学情况的分析,提出新建本科院校推行学院制势在必行,而学院制模式中校院二级管理模式对新建本科院校更适宜。
The article, based on the management range theory and organizational theory in management science, tries to make analysis of the running of newly founded undergraduate colleges. It is proposed that management system should be indispensably implemented. In addition, ＂ second- class management＂ model which refers to management relationship between the college and department, is suggested as more comfortable for a newly founded college.
