摘要 效率工资理论自产生以来,就受到广泛的关注,被看作是当代宏观经济学最有发展前景的领域之一。但是,效率工资机制在我国许多企业推行以来,实际上并没有真正起到激励经营者的作用,效率工资的实际效应正在受到人们的关注和置疑,文章试图通过对效率工资在我国实行存在问题的分析研究,以便更深刻地理解效率工资理论的基本思想,使我们从报酬激励的角度得到更多有益的启示。 From the theory of efficiency-wage appears, the theory is looked as the one of the most developed perspective fields in modern ics. But, when the system of efficiency-wage was carried out by lots of companies in China, the effect is not very good So the system of efficiency-wage real effect is doubted by People. This article try to through the study of the problem of the system of efficiency-wage, to understand the theory better and get more inspiration, these are all good for the company to design the reward system, stimulate the core members to work harder and develop the productivity.
