从分析我国产业结构及人才结构的现状和调整趋势入手,讨论产业结构调整与职业教育改革的互动关系,提出在产业结构调整背景下高等职业教育应明晰定位、完善体系、改革人才培养模式。

This article suggests that the vocational education under the background of structural adjustment of industries be positioned clearly, perfect the system and reform the training patterns for talents by analyzing the present status and trend of the structure of industries and talents in our country and discussing the interactive relationship between the structural adjustment of industries and the reform of the vocational education.
