摘要
对627所高校的自报科研绩效和源生科研绩效评估指标的分布规律作了拟合研究,肯定了以前同类研究的结论,即高校的自报科研绩效评估指标的客观性较差;对有关研究中的"排序-数值"分布拟合方法进行改进,提出了"等级-频度"分布拟合方法,并通过实证分析证明了方法的科学性.
This research studied the distribution of two kinds of research indicators of Chinese university, which are self-reported indicator and source-derived indicator. The research shows that self-reported indicators have less reliability and authenticity than source-derived indicators. It is consistent with the previous similar studies. Moreover, the order-frequency distribution fitting method used in previous similar studies was detected and meliorated in this research, and it advanced a new ranking-frequency distribution fitting method. The new method was applied in the study based on the data of 627 universities, and its properness and validity was proved by the result.
