Based on the analysis of hot stand-by, cold stand-by and the inspection condition characteristic on power cut line, it introduced live working technique on distribution line and discussed possibility of live working on power cut line and safety measure which should be adopted, and carry on the simple introduction about the usage of ordinary noninsulation aerial working platform in rush repair.
