根据黄山供电公司海阳集控中心集控系统的建设经验,对该系统的建设原则及系统做了简要的概括;并对其在建设过程中遇到的技术问题做了充分的分析,较好地解决了多种远动通道的互为备用、AVC指令转发与控制、二次安全防护、能量管理系统应用程序接口及微机"五防"系统接口等关键技术,使集控系统安全稳定运行。

According to the construction experience of Huangshan electric power company Haiyang integrated control center system, it has been made the brief summary to this system and the system construction principle; and be made sufficient analysis on the technical questions which be met in the construction process, and proposed the solution; also had pointed out it insufficiency which discovered in the application process, and proposed what we hope.
