摘要
介绍了2008T/H型锅炉再热器顶棚穿墙管梳形密封结构焊缝裂纹的检测方法,并根据现场锅炉后屏再热器和末级再热器顶棚管在梳形板密封结构焊缝处发生的多次泄漏事故,分析了裂纹产生的原因。认为顶棚密封板的结构、再热器管子与密封板的焊接质量是导致焊缝开裂的主要原因,并提出了结构改进措施。
