摘要
产学研合作是企业获取技术的一种重要而有效的途径,然而,现阶段还缺乏对产学研技术转移规律以及转移模式的了解。基于此,文章从企业是否参与研发角度出发,对产学研合作的主要方式进行了简要阐述,同时指出了影响产学研合作方式选择的因素,并研究了不同产学研合作方式的选择。
Industry- University - Research cooperation is an important and effective approach for enterprise to obtain technology, however, we are lack of the understanding of the rule and the mode of technology transfer, So, the main modes of Industry - University - Research cooperation are introduced, at the same time, the factors affecting Industry- University - Research cooperation are put forward, and then the choice of different modes are discussed.
