随着现代科学技术的快速发展,卫星导航/定位技术日臻完善,GPS导航定位技术的应用范围也越来越广泛。该文从GPS技术应用的角度出发,介绍了该技术在公安系统中由车辆定位的应用扩展到警员单兵定位的应用。

With the rapid developing of the modern science and technology, satellite navigation / position technology becomes more and more perfect. This paper is in the view of using, introduces that the application of GPS location system has developed from basing on the police vehicle location system to basing on the single solider location system in the public security field.
