Building a Harmonious Campus in Technical Institutes on the Base of Psychological Harmony

对心理和谐与高职校园和谐的相关问题进行了探讨,提出心理和谐是构建和谐校园的基础,和谐校园构建的目的也是为了达到更高层次的心理和谐。要构建和谐校园,必须树立"以人为本"的教育观念,从教师和学生的心理健康抓起,并探讨了促进师生心理和谐的途径与方法。

This article has a discussion on the related issues between psychological harmony and a harmonious campus in technical institutes and the ways of promoting psychological harmony among teachers and students. It proposes that psycho- logical harmony is the foundation for building a harmonious campus, and the goal for building a harmonious campus is to a- chieve a higher level of psychological harmony. In order to construct this kind of harmonious campus, it is necessary to set up an education concept of Putting People First by way of taking care of teachers and students＇ psychological health.
