摘要
目的:探讨女工长期从事混苯作业的生殖及遗传毒性影响。方法:对制漆厂和机械厂女工生殖机能、子代健康情况采用问答方法进行回顾性调查。并随机对两厂部分工人进行微核、染色体畸变检查。结果:混苯作业女工月经量多、妊高症、贫血发病率明显高于对照组。女工微核检出率明显高于同厂男工及对照组女工。男女工染色体畸变检出率较对照组增高,尤以染色体数目异常检出率增高明显。女工微核检出率高于同厂男工,染色体畸形检出率男女工之间无差异。结论:长期低浓度混苯作业对女工生殖及遗传有一定影响,并使微核、染色体畸变检出率增加。
Objective: To study the reproduction and genotoxicity of female workers exposed to mixed henzene in long term period. Methods: By using questionaire for paint workers and machinery workers as control. In addition, micronucleus(MN) and chromosome aberations of part workers of two factories have been examined. Results: It showed menstrual quantity, pregnant hypertension and anaemia among exposed group were significantly higher than the control. MN rate of female workers was significantly higher than that of the male workers and control respectively in same factory. Chromosome aberations rate of male and female was higher than the control. Conclusion: The considerable effects of reproduction and heredity of the female workers was demonstrated when exposed to low concentration of mixed benzene in the long term period, the MN and chromosome aberation rates were increased.
