摘要
和谐是同一性,冲突是斗争性;也可以把和谐与冲突作为矛盾的两个方面理解,二者互为存在的前提条件,而且相互渗透和彼此包含,又有主次之分,在一定条件下也可以相互转化。和谐与冲突的矛盾存在于任何社会,都是社会发展的动力,它们同时存在并结合在一起发挥作用,但在社会发展的不同时期,它们作用的孰轻孰重是有差别的。国家也是在和谐中发展,是在冲突中前进的。对于我国的发展来说,应该更强调和谐,也要解决存在的冲突问题。
Harmony means unity while conflict involves fighting, hence harmony and conflict can be understood as the two aspects of a contradiction, each depending on the other for existence and penetrating and embracing the other, and at the same time,there exists an order of priority for themprimary and secondary-which is changeable under certain conditions. The contradiction between harmony and conflict exists in all societies and is the force to move the society forward. Although they exist and function together, the importance of harmony and conflict may be different at different stages of social development. While our country is developing in harmony as well as in conflict, the emphasis should be laid on harmony and at the same time conflict issues should also be solved.
