摘要 [目的]研究硫酸铈[Ce(SO_4)_2]对果蝇寿命和繁殖力的影响。[方法]以不同浓度的Ce(SO_4)_2(1、4、16、64、256、1024mg/L)配制的培养基喂饲野生型黑腹果蝇,并设置基本培养基为对照。寿命实验组,每天计数果蝇的死亡数直至全部果蝇死亡,计算果蝇的半数死亡时间、平均寿命与最高寿命;繁殖力实验组,亲本果蝇接入7d后去除,连续统计8d内新生成蝇的数目。[结果]随着Ce(SO_4)_2浓度的升高,果蝇的平均寿命、半数死亡时间、最高寿命和繁殖力出现明显下降,并呈现剂量一效应关系;当Ce(SO_4)_2≥16mg/L时,与对照组相比,果蝇的平均寿命、半数死亡时间、最高寿命和繁殖力呈显著性下降,分别下降52.6%、62.7%、71.4%、80.4%。[结论]提示Ce(SO_4)_2可缩短果蝇寿命和降低其繁殖力。 [ Objective] To investigate the effects of cerium sulfate ( Ce ( SO4 ) 2 ) on average life span and reproductive ability of fruit fly( Drosophila melanogaster ). [ Methods ] Flies were cultured with different concentration of Ce( SO4 )2( 1, 4, 16, 64,256, 1024mg/L )culture medium and with basic culture medium as control. In life-span test, the dead flies were counted everyday until the whole flies died, then the mean life-span, half life-span, maximum life-span were calculated. In reproductive ability test, on Day 7, the parental flies were discarded, and the neonatal flies were counted daily from the ninth day for eight days. [ Results ] With the increased dose of Ce ( SO4 ) 2, decreases in mean life-span, half life-span, maximum life-span and reproductive output in D. melanogaster were observed with an obvious dose-effect relationship between life-span and Ce ( SO4 ) 2 concentration. The significant decreases in these indices were observed as 52.6%, 62.7%, 71.4%, and 80.4% respectively at the concentration of Ce( SO4 )2 over 16mg/L compared with the control group. [ Conclusion ] It suggested that cerium sulfate( Ce( SO4 ) 2 )has toxicity to fruit flies.
