The Application of Numerical Simulation Analysis in Repair of Crab Bucket

对抓斗受力后发生严重变形而失效的工况进行数值模拟仿真计算,根据分析结果提出改进措施,并在同样的工况下对修复方案进行仿真分析,为抓斗的修复工作提供技术支持。

By a simulation with numerical computing to the grab bucket failure from heavy deformation under load, this paper gives an advice to improve the grab according to the analyzed result. After that the simulation to the repaired scheme under same case is done in the paper to support technically the repair process of the grab.
