摘要
聚合物类钻井液处理剂由于具有诸多优良性能而一直被广泛的使用着。但对其作用规律还没有充分的研究,为此文中对多种常用的聚合物类钻井液用处理剂进行了综合的系统性研究,主要从温度和盐类对其性能的影响着手进行试验,将其滤失量和流变性数据进行归纳对比,找出它们在钻井液中的作用规律,这些规律对今后聚合物类钻井液处理剂的开发及在现场的合理高效使用具有重要的指导作用。
With much more advantages and better properties, the treating agents of polymer drilling fluid are made full use of even though their principle has not been studied thoroughly. In this paper, a comprehensive and systematic research has been implemented for many agents in common use. The effect of both temperature and saline on agents′ property is tested. Filter loss and rheological characteristics are correlated. Their role and principle playing in drilling fluid are found out. The principle should guide a development of treating agents in polymer drilling fluid and a reasonable and high-efficient utilization in field in the future.
