Application of the SWOT Analysis in Enterprises' Cost Control Strategy

SWOT分析法是一种能够客观而准确地分析和研究一个单位现实情况的方法,是企业战略管理的一个重要步骤。利用SWOT分析法对企业的成本控制现状以及其现实的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁等进行客观且综合的评价,找出具有重大影响的内外部因素,据此可以对企业的战略发展提供参照。

With an analysis of the current status of the cost control of a construction （Group） Corporation, this paper proposes a method of combining the traditional method of cost management with corporate strategic decisions. The ap- plication of SWOT is used to analyze objectively and synthetically its advantages and disadvantage, opportunities and risks to find out the influential factors in and out of the corporation. In this way, the development strategies are ad- vanced.
