高血压合并冠心病患者脉压指数（PPI）的临床研究

The clinical study of PPI for hypertension patients with coronary heart disease.

目的研究脉压指数（PPI）对高血压合并冠心病患者的临床意义。方法高血压合并冠心病患者86人，计算其初诊PPI，并与84名单纯性高血压患者的PPI对比分析。结果高血压合并冠心病组PPI高于单纯高血压组，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论PPI可作为预测高血压患者并发冠心病的指标。

Objective To study the clinical significance of pulse pressure index （PPI） for hypertension patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）. Method The PPI of 86 hypertension patients with CHD was caculated at preliminary diagnosis, and compared with the PPI of 84 pure hypertension patients. Result The PPI of hypertension patients with CHD was higher than the pure hypertension patients, the difference was significant（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The PPI can regarded as the index to predict hypertension patients with CHD.
