摘要
目的:探讨心脏机械瓣膜替换术后妊娠与分娩的临床处理方法以及围妊娠期的抗凝方案。方法:回顾分析1987年12月-2006年12月32例心脏机械瓣膜替换术后妊娠与分娩病例的临床资料,总结妊娠不同时期的抗凝治疗方案及终止妊娠或临床分娩的经验。结果:32例共41次妊娠,其中足月分娩18次,表出现大出血及胎儿畸形。结论:在妊娠期间合理调整抗凝治疗方案,正确的围妊娠期处理是保证心脏机械瓣膜替换术后妊娠妇女安全度过危险期的关键。
Objective：To evaluate treatment project on pregnancy and delivery women with prosthetic heart vavle replacement and the application program of anticoagulant drugs during perinal period. Methods： To review the application program of anticoagulant drugs in different time,terminating pregnancy,delivery Inclding 32 cases pregnancy and delivery women with prosthetic heart vavle replacment in the first hospital of Zhenjiang from 1987 to 2006. Results：Among the 32 cases,41 times conceived ;18 times delivery full-termly. No serious bleeding ang fetal malformation. Conclusion：The right application program of anticoagulant drugs and perinal therapy is crytical to pregnancy women with prosthetic heart vavle replacement.
