摘要
从气象条件、地势条件、线路走向和结构参数等对输电线路影响的特点,分析了开封供电区输电线路因导线舞动,发生线路相间短路,造成220kV、110kV线路跳闸的事故经过,分析了事故的原因,阐明了暴露的问题,制定了相应的防范措施。
According to the meteorological condition,the topography condition,direction of the line moved,the design parameters and so on,the characteristics which affected to the transmission line,and the accident process of the wire waving of the transmission line which caused the line short-circuits between phases and switch separation in 220kV and 110kV lines in the Kaifeng power supply area were analyzed.The accident reason was analyzed, the exposed question was expounded, and the corresponding guard measure was formulated.
