我国大量的外汇储备为金融安全增加了保险系数,增强了我国经济的国际信用度,但另一方面却导致高成本低效率占用资源以及经济结构失衡等负面影响。针对我们所面临的金融风险,应加强管理并通盘考虑外汇政策,对我国外汇储备问题作出理性的判断。

Large numbers of foreign exchange reserve of China have strengthened the security index of financial security, and heightened the international credit of China＇s economy. On the other hand, it also leads to some negative consequence such as high cost, low efficiency, resources occupation and imbalance in economic structure. In terms of financial risks we confront now, foreign exchange policy should be improved and comprehensively considered. Moreover, foreign exchange reserve can be rationally judged.
