摘要
南屏瑶族乡地处广西上思县十万大山的腹地,是环北部湾地区瑶族人口最集中的地方。随着与外界交往的日益密切,南屏瑶乡的社会经济文化比以往有了明显的进步,其饮食文化也相应的发生了变化,饮食文化的变迁是南屏瑶族进行自身文化调适的结果,是当地瑶族社会发展演变的一个缩影。
Nanping Yao Township, located in the hinterland of Shiwandashan in Shangsi County, is an area in Round - Beipu - Gulf Area where Yao ethnic population is most concentrated. With its increasingly close contact with the outside world, Nanping has made noticeable progress in social economic culture as well as in its catering culture. The changes taking place in catering culture in Nanping is attributed to adjustment of its own culture, reflecting the social evolution of the local community.
