越南饮食作为越南传统文化的重要组成部分在长期发展、演变和积累的过程中已形成了自己的民族风格和特征,越南人把中国古老的中医理论和阴阳学说应用到饮食文化中并形成了自己传统而独特的饮食文化。
Vietnam' s catering, as an essential part of Vietnamese traditional culture, has developed its own ethnic style and characteristics during its long- term development, evolution and accumulation. The Vietnamese people apply traditional Chinese medical theory and yin- yang theory to the catering culture and develop their traditional and peculiar catering culture.
