In this article, the individual private economic structure in Nanning, along with its status, development and characteristics, is analyzed from such economic performance levels as industry structure, trade structure, regional structure, and enterprise orgnization structure, etc. As a result, Countermeasures are proposed against optimization of individual private economic structure in Nanning.
