摘要
在阐述EL型电子横移机构特点的基础上,详细介绍EL型高速经编机产品的花型设计思路,即根据花梳的配置,选择不同的花型设计方式。然后通过对线条纹、小花纹、绉纹、几何花纹、网眼等花型和功能性面料的举例,说明利用EL型电子横移机构的特征优势开发新产品的方法。结果表明,EL型电子横移机构为高速经编机的花型设计及产品开发提供了更为广阔的空间。
Based on the description of the EL type electronic shogging mechanism characteristics, this paper introduces in detail the product pattern design on the EL type high speed warp knitting machine, i.e., the different pattern design method is selected according to the different pattern guide bar arrangement. In addition, this paper presents the methods of new product development using advantage of the EL type electronic shogging mechanism in terms of the design examples of lines, minutiae, crinkle, geometrical pattern, net and functional fabric. It can be concluded that the EL type electronic shogging mechanism provides a very wide space for the high speed warp knitting machine in pattern design and product development.
