摘要
对三氟乙醇气相催化氧化制备三氟乙醛和三氟乙酸的工艺进行了研究,确定了以分子氧为氧化剂、负载型V2O5为催化剂,采用固定床反应器进行反应,气相色谱法检测产品中的三氟乙醛和三氟乙酸的含量,并采用XRD和BET等分析方法对催化剂的性能进行了探讨。
Trifluoroacetaldehyde and trifluoroacetic acid were synthesized by trifluoroethanol catalytic oxidation. The experiment ascertained that catalytic oxidation was carried out by using O2 as oxidant over supported V2O5 catalysts on a fixed bed reactor. The trifluoroacetaldehyde and trifluoroacetic acid in the products were analyzed on a gas chromatography. The catalysts were characterized by XRD and BET techniques.
