藤茶中二氢杨梅素的中试规模微波提取及降血糖作用研究 被引量:16

摘要 以干藤茶叶为原料,研究了二氢杨梅素中试规模微波提取的工艺及其降血糖作用.通过正交实验确定最佳的提取工艺条件:微波功率为2 800 W,料液比1∶20,出料速度40 L.min-1,最高提取率可达28.78%.采用四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠模型,观察二氢杨梅素对实验动物的降血糖效果.结果表明:二氢杨梅素对高血糖模型小鼠有明显的降血糖作用. In this paper, Dihydromyricetin (DMY) was largely extacted by microwave extraction from Ampelopsis grossedentata. The hypoglycemic effects of DMY are studied. By orthotonal test method, the optimal conditions of microwave extraction are obtained. They are microwave power is 2 800 W and the ratio of liquid to solid is 20: 1. Under the optimal conditions, the extraction yield of DMY from ampelopsis reached 28.78%. Experi- mental observation is performed by using diabetic mice induced by Alloxan. DMY could significantly reduce the blood sugar levels in Alloxan modelmice.
