摘要
对舒巴坦合成的脱溴还原工艺过程进行了方法选择和优化研究,并分别对以锌、镁为还原剂工艺和以雷尼镍、钯碳为催化剂的氢气还原工艺进行了比较,得出以钯碳为催化剂,在0.2 MPa下,以氢气为还原剂对二溴青酶烷砜酸进行脱溴还原工艺具有比较明显的优势,制得舒巴坦的收率可达到86.5%.
In this paper, method and optimization of the debromination-reduction technical process which is the key step in the synthesis of sulbactam with 6-Aminopenicillanic acid material are investigated. Compare with the reductive process when Zn, Mg as reductant and Ni, Pd (C) as catalyst under hydrogen atmosphere respectively, the debromination-reduction technical process provides obvious advantages and the yield of 13-1actamase in- hibitor sulbactam can reach to 86.5% in the present of Pd(C) catalyst and hydrogen at the pressure of 0.2 MPa.
