On the Substantive Progress of Argentina Civil Society During the Menem Administration

阿根廷在梅内姆统治时期(1989—1999年)政治民主化取得了一定成果,其中一个最重要的体现就是公民社会重新焕发生机,取得了实质性进展,主要体现在:公民社会组织数目增加、活动频繁,"社会责任政治团体"不断兴起并发挥重要作用,尤其是新闻媒体的作用日益加强,此外,公民社会的发展还取得了一定的制度性成果。

During the Menem Administration （1980-1999）, the political, democratization of Argenuina has achieved positive results. The most important one was that the civil society renewed vigor and achieved substantive progress. And they were mainly in the following areas, the increasing in the number of civil society organizations, frequent activities, ＂,social responsibility political groups＂continued to prosper and play an imprtant role in the society , in particular the role of the news media is increasing. In addition, the civil society also achieved certain results on the are of the institution-building.
