随着传统知识的价值被逐步认识和利用,人们越来越重视对传统知识的保护。但是,由于现代知识产权制度设计上的先天不足,无法对传统知识提供有效的保护。因此,有必要分析知识产权制度在保护传统知识中的局限性,在此基础上,探索对传统知识保护的有效方式。

With the traditional knowledge being widely emphasizcd and used, people gradually are paying more attention to me protection on it. However, because of the inborn shortcoming of modern knowledge property right system in design, there is no effective method to protect traditional knowledge. In this way, it is necessary to explore the effective way of protecting traditional knowledge on the basis of analyzing its weak points of knowledge property right system.
