摘要
大学英语考试(College English Test)是教育部主管的一项全国性的教学考试,其目的在于全面考核已修完大学英语四级的学生是否达到教学大纲所确定的各项目标,对大学生的实际英语能力进行客观、准确的测量,为大学英语教学提供服务。本文试图通过对比大学英语四级考试(CET-4)新旧题型,结合2006年12月进行的四级考试中出现的新题型进行分析和总结,探讨考试应对策略。
College English Test is a national examination which is in charge by the Ministry of Education. The purpose of the test is to make a comprehensive assessment of the students in colleges. The test also makes an objective and accurate measurement of college students′ English ability. It provides services for college English teaching. This paper puts forward some suggestions to the students by contrasting the new examination questions with the old ones, analyzing and making summary of CET-4 in December 2006.
