摘要
模块化教学是一种先进的教学方式,近年来很多中等职业技术学校都在努力推行模块化教学的改革。为让这种新的教学方式更有效地发挥其诸多优势,本校酒店管理专业基于模块化教学对课程优化和课程内容的整合进行了探索和尝试。
Module teaching is an advanced teaching method. Recently quite a few vocational schools have promoted the reform of module teaching. In order to bring into play its advantages, this paper probes into the exploration on optimization of the modules teaching and the course integration based on module teaching of hotel management specialization in this school.
