基于最小偏差的模糊群体意见集成方法研究

摘要假设专家Ei权重为wi,采用加权法得到群体在α截集下的悲观一致意见和乐观一致意见,分别建立个体与群体一致意见的最小偏差模型,解此模型得到α截集下专家悲观一致意见和乐观一致意见。当α取遍[0,1]中所有的值就得到决策群体的一致意见。
