如何在英语教学中转化后进生

不知道您有没有听过这样一句话":重新学走路,重新学写字,重新学说话。"所谓的"重新学说话"就是学英语,可见英语在现代社会有着重要的地位。那么作为一名英语教师,该如何对待那些学不好英语的学生呢,如何在英语教学中让其转化呢?这里针对"后进生"问题主要讲了两个方面的内容:一是分析了英语教学过程中"后进生"的成因;二是针对这些成因从两个方面进行论述如何来作好转化工作。

I wonder that whether you have heard these words, ＂restudy walking, writing and speaking.＂The so-called ＂restudying speaking＂ means learning English.So we can see English plays an important role in present society.Then as an English teacher, how can I treat those who don＇t study English well？How can I make them convert in my teaching practice？This essay tells us two aspects about the problem of backward pupils： one is to analyze the reasons of becoming backward pupils;the other is to discuss how to convert them from two parts.
