胶体金技术在鼠疫监测中的应用

Application of Gold Immune-chromatographic Assay for Plague Surveillance

目的选择快速、敏感的鼠疫检测方法,为鼠疫防治提供科学依据。方法胶体金免疫层析法(GICA)与鼠疫间接血凝(IHA)和反向血凝(RIHA)同步检测鼠疫抗体/抗原。结果在四川省191份动物肝脾标本中,GICA检出阳性10份,RIHA阳性6份;检测动物血清标本417份,GICA与IHA均检出阳性13份。结论GICA简便快速,适合现场鼠疫监测。

Objective To choose rapid-sensitive detection assay for the plague antibody/antigen so as to provide scientific basis for plague prevention and cure. Methods To detect the plague antibody/antigen with gold immune-chromatographic assay （GICA） , indirect hemagglutination assay（IHA） and reverse indirect hemaggluti - nation assay（RIHA） at the meantime. Results The positive samples were 10 with GICA and 6 with RIHA in 191 animal liver-spleen samples in Sichuan Province, The positive samples all were 13 with GICA and IHA in 417 animal serum samples. Conclusion GICA was proved to be a simple, rapid method for the detection plague antibody/antigen and quite suitable for the plague field surveillance.
