葡萄籽提取物原花青素对溴苯诱导小鼠肝氧化损伤拮抗作用研究 被引量:10

摘要 [目的]探讨葡萄籽提取物原花青素对溴苯诱导的小鼠肝脏氧化损伤的保护能力。[方法]小鼠预防ig给药30 d后,取尾血测全血抗氧化酶活力(SOD、GSH-PX),然后除正常对照组外各组给予溴苯(0.3 mg.kg-1),22 h后,以肝匀浆中MDA、SOD、GSH-PX为检测指标,观察葡萄籽提取物对溴苯所致肝损伤的拮抗作用。[结果]造模前原花青素可提高正常小鼠全血SOD活力,造模后可降低溴苯所致肝损伤的脂质过氧化产物MDA含量,提高抗氧化酶SOD、GSH-PX活力。[结论]葡萄籽提取物对溴苯所致小鼠肝损伤有较好的保护作用,且能提高正常小鼠抗氧化酶活力,增强其抗氧化能力。 [Objective] To investigate the antagonism of grape seed proanthocyanidin extract (GSPE) on oxidative damage which bromobenzene induced in livers of mice. [Methods] 30 days after they were pie-given with GSPE, we analyzed the activities of antioxidase (SOD. GSH-PX) in whole blood. Then, they were treated with hromobenzene (0.3mg.kg^-1, ig) except the control group, we analyzed the SOD, GSH-PX, MDA in liver homogenate. [ Results] GSPE improved the activity of SOD in whole blood of normal mice. And it reduced the contents of lipid peroxides (MDA), improved the activities of antioxidase (SOD, GSH-PX) on oxidative damage which bromobenze neinduced in livers of ntice. [Conclusion] CSPE can protect against oxidative damage which bromobenzene induced in livers of miee, and it can improve the antioxidant capacity in normal
