摘要
在分析科技进步是煤炭生产发展的动力和我国煤炭生产技术状况的基础上，对我国高产高效矿井建设进行了探析，并相应提出一些具体的思考意见。
Based on that science technology progress is the motive force for the development of coal industry and the present situation of coal production in China,author made an inquistition and analysis of the construction of high production high efficientcy mines in China and put forward some concrete thinking and ideas for it.
