浅议1980年《婚姻法》对1950年《婚姻法》的修改与完善

建国后30年间,我国的社会生活包括婚姻家庭生活发生了巨大的变化,婚姻家庭方面的法制建设也进入了一个崭新的阶段。我国在1950年制定的《婚姻法》基础上,根据实践经验和婚姻家庭领域里出现的新情况、新问题,于1980年对《婚姻法》进行了修订。修改后的《婚姻法》更加符合我国的国情,反映了广大群众的愿望,是我国婚姻家庭法制建设的一项重要成果。文章则着重讨论了1980年《婚姻法》对1950年《婚姻法》的修改与完善。

The Matrimonial Law is revised in 1980 on the basis of Matrimonial Law in 1950 for the new situations, new problems and practical law experience in marriage and family. The amended Matrimonial Law reflects the opinion of public. It is an important achievement of the legal construction of marriage and family in China. This paper focuses on ＂the Matrimonial Law＂ in 1980＇s amendments and perfection to ＂the Matrimonial Law＂ in 1950.
