中小企业融资渠道的交易成本探析

On the Financing Transaction Costs of Small-Medium Enterprises

文章从理论和实践两方面对中小企业直接融资渠道的交易成本、间接融资渠道的交易成本和其它融资渠道的交易成本进行了分析和论证,提出了降低中小企业融资渠道交易成本的对策建议。

This paper discusses the issue of costs that small-and-medium sized enterprises （SME） make transactions by different financing channels. They include direct financing channels, indirect financing channels and other financing channels. Some countermeasures and suggestions to decrease the SME＇s financing transaction cost are proposed.
